Manufacturing capability

Our production is organised around batches, so every kilogram we dispatch can be traced back to how and when it was made.

• Batch production

  Every production run creates a batch record with its product, colour, quantity and manufacturing date. Stock is tracked against that batch through to dispatch.

• Colour consistency

  Colours are produced to recorded specifications so repeat orders match earlier supply. Each colour carries a code that stays stable across orders.

• Capacity planning

  Production is planned against confirmed orders and stock levels, so committed volumes are covered rather than promised against hope.

• Traceability

  Order, batch, quality control result and dispatch are linked. If a question arises about a delivery, we can identify exactly which batch it came from.
