Quality and consistency

Quality control is recorded per batch, and the resulting certificate of analysis is tied to the batch a customer actually received.

• Batch quality control

  Each batch is tested against its specification before release. Results, the person who tested and the person who approved are all recorded.

• Certificate of analysis

  A certificate of analysis is generated from the approved quality control results and linked to the batch, so it reflects the goods supplied rather than a generic sample.

• Technical documentation

  Technical data sheets and safety data sheets are available to approved customers through their account, subject to the access their account is granted.

• Release control

  A batch that fails quality control does not become sellable stock without an explicit, recorded decision.
